Description

You will gather and analyze software requirements, document customer journey workflows, and act as a liaison between business users, technical teams, and project management to drive deliverables. You will analyze business problems, support QA/UAT/integration testing, and help evaluate and improve business processes. Additionally, you will support customer onboarding, deliver basic software training, and prepare presentations for stakeholders in an Agile environment using Jira.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs to gather and document software requirements and workflows.
• Liaise between business users, technical teams, and project management to ensure project delivery.
• Support software QA, UAT, and integration testing efforts to validate solutions.
• Evaluate and improve business processes while assisting with stakeholder presentations and documentation.
• Support customer onboarding and deliver basic software training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting software requirements.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking.
• Ability to analyze business problems and assess impact.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting QA, UAT, and integration testing.

Preferred Skills
