You will bridge stakeholders and technical teams to refine healthcare technology requirements and manage the delivery lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, process flows, and test cases.
• Work with product owners, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and manage story grooming sessions.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate test results.
• Conduct impact analysis and present findings to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a healthcare or healthtech setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
• Experience writing user stories and test cases within Agile environments.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
• Strong understanding of task and project management best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and prioritize competing demands.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with dining applications, patient meal services, or inpatient services.
• Familiarity with HL7, FHIR, or EHR/EMR systems.
• SQL for basic data validation queries.
