You will bridge the gap between business problems and technical solutions by defining requirements and driving process improvements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define business and technical requirements to solve specific problems.
• Elicit input from multiple stakeholders and integrate feedback to identify optimal solutions.
• Perform GAP analysis to ensure business requirements are met and drive test case design.
• Translate and simplify requirements to optimize execution and outcomes.
• Assist the Product Owner and team in writing concise, high-quality user stories.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Strong knowledge of SQL.
• Experience with SDLC methodologies.
• Proficiency in performing GAP analysis.
• Experience creating project artifacts.
• Ability to coach teams through tight deadlines and performance optimization challenges.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering Management, Project Management, or Information Systems/Technology.
