You will bridge the gap between data engineering and business intelligence to drive data-driven decision making.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau to enhance data accessibility.
• Execute source-to-target mapping and manage data integration projects.
• Resolve solution design issues with a focus on quality, performance, and accuracy.
• Document technical requirements and ensure all solutions are thoroughly tested and visually consistent.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis with a focus on BI and Data Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and ETL processes.
• Proven expertise in creating dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong understanding of data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and cross-departmental communication.

Preferred Skills

• Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
