Description

You bridge front office, middle office, finance, operations, and risk teams to deliver financial solutions. This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and validate requirements for complex derivatives and capital markets instruments.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements for development teams.
• Support Agile/Scrum teams through backlog grooming, sprint planning, and testing support.
• Conduct data analysis and modeling to provide insights into balance sheets, income statements, and regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with geographically dispersed stakeholders across the full trade lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Business Analysis experience within financial services or capital markets.
• 5+ years of direct experience in client or stakeholder-facing solution delivery.
• Deep understanding of Capital Markets, Trade Lifecycle, and Treasury functions.
• Proficiency with Python and Oracle for data analysis and modeling.
• Experience working within Agile environments across global locations.
• Knowledge of financial reporting and instruments across various asset classes.
• Familiarity with technical stacks including Java and Angular.

Preferred Skills

• CFA or FRM certification.
