You will gather software requirements, document customer workflows, and bridge business users with technical teams to drive project deliverables.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs to gather and document software requirements and workflows.
• Liaise between business users, technical teams, and project management to ensure delivery.
• Support QA, UAT, and integration testing to validate solutions.
• Evaluate and improve business processes while assisting with stakeholder presentations.
• Support customer onboarding and deliver basic software training.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Proficiency in gathering and documenting software requirements.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for project tracking.
• Experience working in an Agile environment.
• Ability to analyze business problems and assess impact.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.
• Experience supporting QA, UAT, and integration testing.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in customer onboarding and training delivery.
• Background in process improvement and workflow optimization.
