Description

 Strong experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, business process analysis, and documentation of BRD, FRD, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

  Ability to work closely with business users, Product Owners, development, and QA teams to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.

  Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog grooming, sprint planning, and user story management.

  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to perform impact analysis, gap analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

 Strong communication and presentation skills with experience facilitating workshops, requirement walkthroughs, UAT support, and executive stakeholder interactions.

 Preferred experience in Banking/Financial Services domain, API integrations, data mapping, and end-to-end SDLC delivery
