Description

Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver technical solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate user needs into detailed functional requirements and design documentation, including FRDs and SDDs.
• Analyze business operations and systems to identify opportunities for process simplification and customer experience enhancement.
• Collaborate daily with developers, QA, and architects to ensure technical specifications meet business requirements.
• Conduct systems research and analysis to support complex technical decision-making.
• Present performance feedback and technical information to small to medium-sized groups.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in business or technical analysis.
• Experience with SOA and REST-based microservices and macroservices.
• Proficiency with XML and JSON data formats.
• Ability to write and execute basic SQL queries to interact with databases.
• Experience performing systems research and writing FRDs and SDDs.
• Working knowledge of cable television operations, processes, and billing systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ICOMS or CSG ACP billing systems.
• Background in telecommunications or cable industries.
