Description

You will support a Zelle implementation for a strategic banking client by defining requirements, mapping data, and documenting processes.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create requirements documents and high-quality business and technical user stories.
• Perform and document impact analysis and data mapping.
• Author activity flow diagrams and graphical forms to convey flows of control, process, and data.
• Assist with acceptance testing.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Direct experience implementing Zelle.
• Deep functional knowledge of bank instant payment mechanisms.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
• Knowledge of public cloud design and implementation patterns.
• Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
• Conceptual understanding of process orchestration tooling, microservices, and synchronous/asynchronous service interfaces.

Preferred Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder persuasion.
