Description

You bridge business stakeholders and technical teams within retirement, group insurance, or institutional banking domains. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications for development.
• Develop detailed business process models, workflows, and user guides.
• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to identify solutions for business challenges.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops to validate requirements and obtain formal sign-offs.
• Assist in developing test plans and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Retirement, Group Insurance, or Institutional Banking domains.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis methodologies.
• Experience working within SDLC frameworks, specifically Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Deep understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in financial services.
• Ability to create process flows and maintain detailed business documentation.
