Description

You will drive the requirements lifecycle for a global digital platform project.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, document, and prioritize business and functional requirements through collaboration with product owners and technical teams.
• Develop BRDs, functional requirement specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flows.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states and propose solutions.
• Analyze data to define KPIs and success metrics to support decision-making.
• Partner with developers, UX/UI designers, and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst focusing on digital platforms or software development.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience using MS Visio or equivalent for process mapping.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
