You will bridge the gap between customers and the Wipro delivery team, translating requirements into actionable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze customer requirements, including RFP/RFI details, to define scope, functional needs, and features.
• Create workflow charts and system specifications based on thorough research and analysis.
• Collaborate with project managers, pre-sales teams, tech leads, and architects to design accurate solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis, integration testing, and user acceptance demos to validate solutions.
• Facilitate change requests and ensure 100% coverage of customer requirements in test cases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or project management.
• Strong ability to interface with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in creating workflow diagrams and specification documents.
• Experience with data modeling practices to analyze findings.
• Ability to articulate financial and operational impacts of changes.
• Skills in leading demonstrations and presentations of proposed solutions.
