You will lead business analysis efforts, gathering requirements and ensuring project delivery within the manufacturing domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and review business requirements to produce detailed specification documents.
• Run workshops to define functional, non-functional, and data requirements.
• Conduct needs analysis, process modelling, and logical database design.
• Develop realistic project plans including quality, risk, and communication strategies.
• Track project activities and manage stakeholder involvement throughout the lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of the manufacturing domain.
• Proficiency with SAP and Power BI.
• Experience with business analysis methodologies and tools.
• Ability to lead workshops and manage stakeholder communication.
• Skills in process and data analysis, including logical database design.
• Experience in risk assessment and quality assurance procedures.
• Ability to provide technical guidance to junior colleagues.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with project control solutions for planning and scheduling.
