Analyze business requirements and drive data-informed decisions within the banking domain while owning the full lifecycle of requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Use SQL for data extraction, querying, and analysis to support decision-making.
• Utilize SAS for data management, reporting, and analytics tasks.
• Leverage Python for data analysis, automation, and process optimization.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports and deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong hands-on experience in SQL for complex querying and data manipulation.
• Proficiency in SAS for data management and reporting.
• Working knowledge of Python for automation and analytics.
• Experience in core banking systems and processes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
