Description

You will own the functional analysis and operational support for a suite of applications.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily Production Support functions for assigned applications.
• Resolve operational issues and answer frontline analyst questions to clear roadblocks.
• Work with customers to gather requirements for operational issues or Change Requests, translating them for L2/Development/Product Teams.
• Ensure timely resolution of all supported application incidents, managing production down situations under strict SLA deadlines.
• Develop functional and product consultancy for customers and internal operations teams.
• Provide training to Operations team members on product functionality and update related process documents.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong documentation expertise, including BRDs, User Stories, and Use Cases.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to take end-to-end ownership of assigned modules.
• Experience in Production Support functions for software applications.
• Familiarity with market research to drive product improvements.
• Ability to manage relationships between customers and internal/external partners.

Preferred Skills

• Domain expertise in Tour Management, Airline, Cruise, or F&A systems.
• Understanding of technology concepts and ability to drive efficiency improvements.
