Description

You will analyze user requirements and existing information processing systems to automate workflows and improve computer system effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing systems.
• Write detailed descriptions of user needs and prepare technical reports, memoranda, and instruction manuals.
• Develop, test, and deliver ad hoc report requests and key performance metric reports.
• Conduct expense analysis related to cost to serve models and develop predictive modeling activities such as staffing and application count projection models.
• Support field, internal, and external customers by relaying and obtaining necessary information.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in related fields.
• Proficiency with Mainframe applications and Multiple Bespoke Applications.
• Experience using HP ALM and ServiceNow.
• Working knowledge of XML, SQL Server, and Oracle.
• Competency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel to various client locations within the United States for short and long term assignments.

Education

Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, or Civil). A Bachelor’s Degree in these fields plus 5 years of progressive experience is also accepted.
