Description

Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed descriptions of user needs and requirements.
• Study existing information processing systems to evaluate effectiveness and develop new systems to improve production or workflow.
• Plan and prepare technical reports, memoranda, and instruction manuals related to financial markets.
• Develop, test, and deliver basic ad hoc report requests and basic key performance metrics reports.
• Analyze expense analysis activities related to the cost to serve model and develop or review predictive modeling activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in related fields.
• Experience with Sungard Compass and Mainframe Applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Sharepoint.
• Experience utilizing Service Now, Microsoft Power BI, and Cognos.
• Familiarity with JiRA and Azure Devops.
• Ability to relay and obtain needed information for field, internal, and external customers.
