Description

Analyze user requirements and existing systems to automate processes and improve workflow efficiency.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed descriptions of user needs and functional requirements.
• Evaluate existing information processing systems to identify improvements in production or workflow.
• Plan and prepare technical reports, memoranda, and instruction manuals related to financial markets.
• Develop, test, and deliver basic ad hoc report requests and key performance metrics reports.
• Analyze expense activities within the cost-to-serve model and develop or review predictive modeling activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of progressive experience in related fields.
• Experience with Sungard Compass and Mainframe Applications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft SharePoint.
• Experience utilizing ServiceNow, Microsoft Power BI, and Cognos.
• Familiarity with Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Ability to relay and obtain needed information for field, internal, and external customers.
