You will identify business needs and develop solution requirements to drive technology transformations and implementations across the university.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed documentation for business requirements, processes, solutions, models, and reports.
• Evaluate current business processes to propose improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in testing new systems and processes to ensure they meet functional requirements.
• Gather and interpret data to identify trends and insights for business decision-making.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience working in technology domains.
• 5+ years of experience eliciting and documenting business requirements and user stories in Waterfall and Agile environments.
• 5+ years of experience creating test plans and test cases.
• 5+ years of experience working independently to deliver work products.
• Proficiency in business process modeling.
• Experience with general office productivity tools.
• Strong ability to manage stakeholder expectations and work with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying complex information.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Business Analyst certification such as CBAP.
• Experience in higher education.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for generating actionable insights.
