Description

You will support healthcare system implementations through data evaluation and process documentation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate data from task analyses, business processes, surveys, and workshops to support agency requirements.
• Prepare and deliver recommendations throughout the development process.
• Produce detailed project documentation, including analysis results and workflow diagrams.
• Design and execute test scripts and scenarios to validate new applications, services, and enhancements.
• Coordinate with business units during testing and validation phases.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience working on public sector healthcare system implementation projects.
• Ability to design and execute test scripts.
• Experience documenting complex workflows and analysis results.
• Background in conducting task analyses and business process evaluations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.
