Description

You will analyze application functionalities and process flows to define technical requirements and project scope for the EZR application. You will establish current state baselines and evaluate process and technology impacts through collaboration workshops.

Responsibilities

• Define detailed business and system requirements, process flows, and work backlogs using EPICs, Features, and Stories.
• Identify interdependencies and balance competing priorities to meet project objectives.
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs, contribute to feature estimation, and proactively manage risks.
• Provide technical guidance to developers, conduct code reviews, and oversee quality assurance processes.
• Submit status reports to stakeholders to minimize escalation exposure.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Experience carving out current state baselines and functionalities.
• Proficiency in using JIRA for backlog management.
• Ability to create process flows using Lucidchart or similar tools.
• Experience managing EPICs, Features, and User Stories.
• Capability to perform feasibility studies including technical alternatives and architecture best practices.
• Experience in technical risk assessment and component breakdown.
• Any Graduate degree.
