Description

Analyze application functionalities and process flows to define technical requirements and project scope for the EZR application.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define detailed business and system requirements, process flows, and work backlogs using EPICs, Features, and Stories.
• Establish current state baselines and evaluate process and technology impacts through collaboration workshops.
• Identify interdependencies and balance competing priorities to meet project objectives.
• Conduct requirement walkthroughs, contribute to feature estimation, and proactively manage risks.
• Provide technical guidance to developers, conduct code reviews, and oversee quality assurance processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
• Proficiency in using JIRA for backlog management.
• Ability to create process flows using Lucidchart or similar tools.
• Experience managing EPICs, Features, and User Stories.
• Capability to perform feasibility studies including technical alternatives and architecture best practices.
• Experience in technical risk assessment and component breakdown.
