Description

You will act as a technical business analyst consulting across multiple complex projects to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer processes and requirements to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Design solutions and create complex workflow models and process maps directly from defined spec sheets.
• Facilitate meetings with technology and business leaders to develop requirements and project scope.
• Prepare project documentation according to IDF standards and develop best practice solutions.
• Create and facilitate training programs and knowledge articles to support business process redesign.
• Provide direction, tools, and process support to less senior employees while working independently.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or technical consulting.
• Expertise in analyzing customer processes and translating them into technical requirements.
• Ability to create complex workflow models and process maps.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with all levels of management.
• Proven ability to manage projects with low to moderate risk and enterprise impact.
• Experience in planning and designing solutions after requirements gathering.
• Demonstrated technical expertise and commitment to staying updated on industry practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and mentor others.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience as a Flight Attendant.
• Deep understanding of Airport Operations business principles.
