Description

· Strong understanding of Clarity PPM project lifecycle management, capacity management, financial and time management.

· Experience with Clarity PPM configuration including object design, studio customization and workflow development

· Knowledge of PPM integrations with third-party tools like JIRA, SAP or ServiceNow

· Familiarity with clarity SaaS/on-premise upgrades and migration activities.

· The Business Analyst plays a key role in understanding the requirement and doing an impact assessment in the current implementation

· Works closely with stakeholders and addresses user queries and issues during US business hours

· Requirements documentation: Understand the business requirements from stakeholders, suggest solutions and document for the team to execute

· Supports any high-priority L3 ticket analysis during US business hours

· Manages change and release management activities

· Suggests and facilitate process improvements Facilitates User Acceptance Testing and other functional testing

· Conducts user training (on-need basis)
