RESPONSIBILITIES

• Gather complex business requirements from enterprise stakeholders and interpret them into precise technical specifications and user stories.
• Liaise closely between business stakeholders, development teams, and system architects to facilitate clear communication and ensure technical accuracy.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional requirement documents (FRDs), technical workflows, process diagrams, and traceability matrices.
• Author clear user stories within Jira and present them to key stakeholders to obtain official business sign-off.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Enterprise Quality Assurance (EQA) workstreams to validate technical deliveries.
• Build custom reports and operational dashboards utilizing Jira and the MS Suite to track system health and project status.
