Description

You will bridge the gap between business units and technical systems by driving requirement awareness and optimizing processes through data evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders in sales, finance, security, and compliance to develop collaborative analyses and documentation.
• Evaluate and communicate systems requirements continuously while delivering monthly status reports to management and executive teams.
• Conduct daily systems analytics to troubleshoot problems and maximize operational effectiveness.
• Develop systems prototypes to improve efficiency and determine user requirements for systems in production.
• Perform and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of the systems development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in analytics and systems development.
• High proficiency with SQL and database management.
• Proven ability to generate process documentation and reports.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with production, managerial, and executive teams.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Experience with Microsoft Visio and data visualization tools.
• Proven ability to manage projects, user testing, and technical writing.
