Description

Analyze B2B ecommerce sites and business processes to propose solutions that improve user experience and site performance. You will own the requirements lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure successful delivery of client features.

Responsibilities

• Document requirements in Confluence and configure business rules in Insite middleware.
• Manage the Jira backlog, including stories, defects, and tasks, to ensure timely execution.
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and QA teams to build new features and test solutions end-to-end.
• Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and train business users on new solutions.
• Participate in all Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, workshops, prioritization, and retrospectives.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Proven experience working on ecommerce projects.
• 3+ years of experience using Jira.
• Hands-on experience with ADONIS ERP and Insite middleware.
• Strong experience working within Agile/SCRUM frameworks.
• Ability to write detailed design specifications and test cases/scripts.
• Experience in test data creation and end-to-end testing.
• Direct experience in customer-facing roles.
