Description

You will manage procurement-focused business processes and the Coupa Business Spend Management platform requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders in sales, finance, security, and compliance to develop collaborative analyses and documentation.
• Evaluate and communicate systems requirements continuously while maintaining processes and delivering monthly status reports.
• Author and update internal and external documentation to formally initiate and deliver requirements.
• Perform daily systems analytics to troubleshoot problems and maximize effectiveness.
• Develop systems prototypes to increase efficiency and implement precise management plans for every project.

Required Skills

• 9 to 12 years of experience in business analysis and procurement.
• Extensive background with the Coupa Business Spend Management platform.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics and systems development.
• High proficiency with SQL and database management.
• Proven analytical abilities and experience generating process documentation.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights for managerial and executive teams.

• Bachelor's degree.
