• Partnering with business stakeholders to understand current-state processes across various teams
• Digging into workflows, systems, and data to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Documenting processes in a way that clearly outlines both current and future state
• Participating in working sessions and workshops to uncover automation opportunities
• Helping evaluate ideas by asking:
  • Can this be automated?
  • Does it make sense from a cost and value perspective?
• Collaborating with technical teams (including RPA developers) to validate feasibility and support solution design

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of Business Analyst experience
• Exposure to RPA tools (UiPath preferred) or automation initiatives
• Background in IT or experience working with technical teams and systems
• Experience with process mapping, discovery, or continuous improvement efforts

Nice to have:

• Experience in utilities or regulated environments (not required)
