✅ Gather and document business & functional requirements
✅ Conduct process discovery and workflow analysis
✅ Create current-state and future-state process documentation
✅ Identify automation opportunities and process improvements
✅ Collaborate with business stakeholders, RPA developers, and technical teams
✅ Write user stories, functional requirements, and process maps
✅ Support UAT, solution validation, and Agile delivery
Required Skills:
✔️ 3–5+ years of Business Analysis experience
✔️ Requirements Gathering & Functional Documentation
✔️ Process Mapping & Workflow Analysis
✔️ Current-State/Future-State Analysis
✔️ Gap Analysis & Business Process Improvement
✔️ Stakeholder Management
✔️ Agile/Scrum methodology
✔️ User Stories & Business Requirements
✔️ Exposure to UiPath or other RPA platforms
✔️ Understanding of IT Systems & Integrations
Preferred:
➕ UiPath project experience
➕ Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism exposure
➕ Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN
➕ Digital Transformation or Continuous Improvement experience
