You will bridge technical teams and stakeholders to drive project delivery within an agile framework.

Responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and refine user stories to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Participate in sprint cycles, including planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with Senior Project Managers, Product Managers, and Scrum Masters to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and stakeholders to clarify requirements and objectives.
• Manage requirements and track progress using Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis within an agile framework.
• Proficiency with Jira and Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Strong ability to write detailed user stories and manage sprint cycles.
• Experience working cross-functionally with design, architecture, and development teams.
• Analytical thinking to understand complex data, systems, and technical concepts.
• Familiarity with AI technologies and technical language.
• Proven ability to drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of UX principles to ensure AI solutions meet user needs.
• Strategic thinking to align project work with business strategy.
