Description

You will serve as a Junior Business Analyst, focusing on technical training, knowledge transfer, and supporting team operations across multiple locations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Attend and complete mandatory company training from August 18–25.
• Train offshore and onsite team members in Chicago and Atlanta on technical processes and systems.
• Participate in a long-term "Train the Trainer" program to master and disseminate technical knowledge.
• Work remotely from India following the initial training period, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

• 2–5 years of professional experience in a business or technical role.
• Basic technical and programming knowledge.
• Understanding of object creation and data modeling concepts.
• Clear understanding of one-to-many and many-to-many database relationships.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective training and documentation.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with database design or data mapping.
• Previous experience in technical training or mentoring roles.
