Description

Analyze complex data and document business requirements to deliver fact-based insights and resolve business needs.

You will own the analysis lifecycle, from defining processes to coordinating user acceptance testing and supporting departmental reporting.

Responsibilities

• Determine and document complex business requirements and processes.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and coordinate user acceptance testing.
• Support departmental reporting, metrics, budgets, and analytics.
• Make recommendations and present alternatives to resolve business needs.
• Serve as subject matter expert on system, process, and user impact.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of relevant experience with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Visio, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work within a team structure.
• Experience applying project management methodology.
• Demonstrated ability in analysis, decision making, and problem solving.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with business intelligence tools beyond standard MS Office.
