Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT development teams, focusing on finance and capital markets.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate business partner requirements into formal documentation for the IT development team.
• Analyze and document requirements specific to finance and capital markets.
• Support development related to Treasury products, including Fixed Income, Money Market, and Derivative instruments.
• Interpret needs related to Regulatory Reporting.
• Apply technical knowledge to assist with batch or server-related tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Tester role.
• Expert knowledge of finance, specifically capital markets.
• Familiarity with Treasury products (Fixed Income, Money Market, Derivative instruments).
• Knowledge of Regulatory Reporting requirements.
• Basic SQL proficiency.
• Understanding of technical concepts like batch or server processes.
