Description

You will manage Clarity PPM project lifecycles, configurations, and integrations while supporting stakeholders during US business hours.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Clarity PPM project lifecycle, capacity, financial, and time management processes.
• Configure Clarity PPM, including object design, Studio customization, and workflow development.
• Analyze business requirements, perform impact assessments, and document solutions for the development team.
• Support high-priority L3 ticket analysis and facilitate user acceptance and functional testing.
• Manage change and release activities, conduct user training, and drive process improvements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Clarity PPM, including SaaS and on-premise upgrades/migrations.
• Strong understanding of PPM integrations with third-party tools like JIRA, SAP, or ServiceNow.
• Experience with requirements documentation, impact assessment, and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work during US business hours for stakeholder support and issue resolution.
• Proven track record in change management, release management, and facilitating UAT.
• Experience with capacity, financial, and time management within project portfolios.
