You bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to define, coordinate, and deliver data analytics solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops and interviews to document business requirements, gap analysis, and user stories.
• Coordinate development activities and track project progress across onsite and offshore teams.
• Validate technical feasibility and support UAT planning for Azure Data, Power BI, and Tableau solutions.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Ensure delivered solutions meet business requirements and support change management activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Business Analysis and requirement gathering experience.
• Hands-on understanding of Microsoft Azure Data & Analytics ecosystem.
• Experience with Power BI and Tableau reporting solutions.
• Knowledge of Oracle EIS and Enterprise Reporting Systems.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization concepts.
• Experience coordinating onsite-offshore delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Manufacturing or Multi-OpCo environments.
• Exposure to Data Warehousing, ETL, and Cloud Analytics solutions.
