Description

Define scope, requirements, and user stories for development and QA teams while managing backlog health and sprint readiness.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria for development and QA.
• Manage and groom the story backlog to ensure sprint readiness and continuous value delivery.
• Facilitate Agile rituals including inceptions, iteration kickoffs, and story estimation sessions.
• Analyze data to align product features with business goals and present updates to leadership.

Required Skills

• User Story Creation and Backlog Management with 3+ years of experience.
• Stakeholder Management and Requirements Gathering with 3+ years of experience.
• Agile/Scrum Framework Experience with 1-2 years of experience.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including UX, Dev, and QA.
• Proficiency in defining clear, actionable acceptance criteria.
• Ability to present complex updates to leadership clearly.

Preferred Skills

• Experience identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Collaboration with UX analysts to ensure design alignment.
