Translate business needs into functional requirements and technical recommendations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and document user stories, use cases, wireframes, and process flows.
• Conduct market, data, and technology option analysis to recommend viable solutions.
• Define key business processes and establish metrics to measure success.
• Support functional aspects of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
• Research industry trends to determine technology alternatives for business needs.

Required Skills

• 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst using data to drive decisions.
• Proficiency with SQL and relational database systems.
• Intermediate programming skills in C++, Java, or Python.
• Scripting experience with Bash or Perl.
• Hands-on experience in UNIX/LINUX and Windows environments.
• Experience managing small to medium-size projects.
• Knowledge of system development, process improvement, and change management.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, accounting, economics, statistics, information science, or a related field.
