Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to document current and future state processes.
• Analyze workflows, systems, and data to uncover inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Facilitate working sessions and workshops to identify and validate automation potential.
• Evaluate ideas for cost, value, and feasibility, collaborating with RPA developers on solution design.
• Structure loosely defined problems into actionable, well-defined solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience.
• Strong background in process mapping, discovery, or continuous improvement.
• Experience with RPA tools (UiPath preferred) or automation initiatives.
• Proven ability to work with IT teams and technical stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse audiences.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and drive projects forward independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in utilities or regulated environments.
• Exposure to cost-benefit analysis for automation projects.
