Description

You will document business requirements, analyze workflows, and drive process improvements for RPA initiatives.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document functional and business requirements.
• Conduct process discovery to create current-state and future-state documentation.
• Identify automation opportunities and define process improvements.
• Write user stories and functional specifications for development teams.
• Support UAT, solution validation, and Agile delivery cycles.

Required Skills

• 3–5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and functional documentation.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and gap analysis.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Ability to write clear user stories and business requirements.
• Exposure to UiPath or other RPA platforms.
• Understanding of IT systems and integrations.

Preferred Skills

• UiPath project experience.
• Exposure to Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism.
• Familiarity with Visio, Lucidchart, or BPMN.
