Description

Define product scope, manage the backlog, and facilitate Agile ceremonies for eCommerce platforms. You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear requirements and successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define high-level business requirements and detailed user stories with testable acceptance criteria.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog to ensure sprint readiness and continuous value delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including inception sessions, sprint planning, story refinement, and estimation meetings.
• Analyze business and user data to align features with product goals and maximize ROI.
• Drive continuous improvement in documentation, backlog grooming, and Agile workflows.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall Business Analysis experience.
• 3–4 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce platforms (B2C or B2B preferred).
• 2+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven experience managing complex backlogs and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and requirement traceability.
• Ability to partner with UX, Development, and QA teams to assess technical feasibility.
• Experience preparing and delivering reports and presentations to leadership.
