Description

You will support cross-functional teams driving the end-to-end digital product lifecycle for state-level online services.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed requirements analysis to evaluate business processes and user needs.
• Create and maintain product documentation including user flows, system flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Execute solution testing and user acceptance testing to ensure products meet business requirements.
• Classify and document defects while managing requirements prioritization against product roadmaps.
• Collaborate with government agencies and stakeholders to ensure effective adoption of digital platforms.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in requirements analysis, including uncovering improvements and managing complex stakeholder relationships.
• 3+ years of experience in requirements documentation, specifically user stories and system requirements.
• 2+ years of experience in solution testing and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• 2+ years of experience working with enterprise-scale digital platforms (omni-channel service delivery, web content management, CRM, or identity and data integration).
• Domain expertise in the grant administration process, including budgeting, fund allocation, and compliance reporting.
• Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Google Analytics, Git Repository, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Experience establishing continuous improvement pipelines based on customer research and feedback.
• Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and manage multiple project workstreams.
