You will serve as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions for asset management processes.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for asset management processes.
- Configure and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, specifically Finance & Operations (F&O) and Asset Management.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend system enhancements to current solutions.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and change management activities.
Required Skills
- 9+ years of overall professional experience, including 5+ years as a Business Analyst.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, focused on Asset Management or Finance & Operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, depreciation, maintenance scheduling, and compliance.
- Experience with business process modeling and documentation tools.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments.
- Proficiency with Business Analyst practices.
- Experience with stakeholder management and communication.
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals or Functional Consultant.
- Familiarity with Power Platform tools (Power BI, Power Automate).
