You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions within banking and wealth management systems.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements by collaborating with wealth managers, portfolio managers, and operations teams.
• Analyze existing banking and wealth management systems (e.g., Global Plus, Charles River, Pershing) to propose system enhancements.
• Create functional specifications, use cases, and process flow diagrams to document requirements for IT teams.
• Lead testing efforts, including test plan preparation and UAT execution, to validate system functionality against business needs.
• Ensure all developed solutions adhere to regulatory standards pertinent to wealth management and banking.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in banking and wealth management processes (portfolio management, client reporting, trade execution).
• Hands-on experience with Wealth Platforms such as Global Plus, Charles River, and Pershing.
• Proven ability to map business processes by creating functional specifications and use cases.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex business needs into precise technical requirements.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies, including Agile.
• Experience creating test plans and executing functional and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Understanding of banking regulations, including MiFID II, Dodd-Frank, and Basel III.
• Familiarity with basic SQL for data querying and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree.
