Description

You will lead the implementation and optimization of Contract Life Cycle Management (CLM) and Contract Decision Management (CDM) solutions for healthcare or pharmaceutical projects.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements to meet regulatory standards through stakeholder collaboration.
• Design and implement business processes and workflows for contract management.
• Conduct data analysis and reporting to support decision-making and process improvement.
• Facilitate collaboration between internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the US healthcare domain.
• Proven experience implementing CLM and CDM solutions.
• Deep understanding of US healthcare regulations, compliance, and industry standards.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in multi-vendor environments.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree.
• Experience utilizing Palantir tools and technologies for data integration and visualization.
