Description

Drive requirements and process modeling for cloud migration and modernization initiatives within banking and payment systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document requirements for cloud-native services and modern cloud architectures.
• Model business processes using Visio or UML to support data migration and integration patterns.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to resolve complex requirements.
• Support the transition of payment systems to SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS environments.
• Manage requirements through the full lifecycle using Agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking, payments, or financial services.
• 2+ years of direct experience on cloud migration or modernization projects.
• Hands-on knowledge of payment systems including ISO 20022, SWIFT, SEPA, FPS, and RTGS.
• Understanding of real-time and instant payment architectures.
• Proficiency in process modeling tools such as Visio or UML.
• Working knowledge of cloud concepts including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
• Experience with requirements management and Agile frameworks.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with large-scale core banking or payment system transformations.
• Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD practices in cloud environments.
• Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
