Description

You will provide analytical support and recommendations to stakeholders regarding business and IT platform direction.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements for IT platforms and data systems.
• Direct the testing and implementation of new systems or changes to current systems.
• Lead the design and administration of standards for application platforms and end-user documentation.
• Research complex business issues using established principles and theories.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to identify and address dependencies, risks, and opportunities.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience analyzing IT business processes, software application design, or IT documentation.
• Demonstrated understanding of application/IT platform administration and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
• Experience executing testing and maintaining documentation for workflows, business requirements, and technical functionality.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Practical knowledge of risk and controls, including identifying gaps and testing controls.
• Experience working with IT applications and IT platforms.
• Background in the insurance industry.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
