You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation for Health and Integration systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document business functions, processes, and requirements by working with Subject Matter Experts and System Owners.
• Create system, architecture, and data flow diagrams using Microsoft Visio to map current and future states.
• Perform gap analysis to ensure business and process requirements are met.
• Manage project documentation, including project plans, schedules, work breakdown structures, and status reports.
• Support reporting and dashboarding projects using SQL, Excel, and Power BI.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business and system process analysis and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience managing content within Microsoft SharePoint.
• Technical proficiency with SQL Server tools, T/SQL queries, and SQL tuning.
• Ability to handle PHI/PII data and understand security requirements.
• Experience using tracking systems such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or Remedy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with security and data classification related to HIPAA, CJIS, PHI, or PII.
• Project management experience using MS Project.
