You will act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams on government IT projects.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, mine, and document business rules and processes for complex systems.
• Analyze requirements within government IT project contexts.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in related government IT project duties.
• 5+ years documenting business rules and processes.
• 3 years of experience within Medicaid or healthcare.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or healthcare field.
• Proficiency with Business Analyst practices.
• Familiarity with Microsoft DevOps.

Preferred Skills

• General Subject Matter Expertise related to Medicaid or other healthcare insurance (project or operations).
• Experience with Microsoft Office Project/Project Server.
