Description

You will act as the primary liaison between the customer community and the software development team to manage requirements for the STARS Program applications.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements through interviews, workshops, site visits, and business process analysis to distinguish true user needs from simple requests.
• Develop detailed requirements specifications and functional wireframes or prototypes using Axure RP Pro.
• Document current and future process flows and business architecture using industry-standard modeling techniques.
• Implement a Requirements Management Plan including stakeholder identification, scope decomposition, and traceability.
• Collaborate with project management to resolve issues, set deadlines, and mitigate project risks.

Required Skills

• 7 years of experience in analytical and product management roles.
• Proven ability to translate customer business needs into functional, application, and operational requirements.
• Experience in business modeling using UML and other industry standards.
• Expertise in Use Case and User Story development.
• Proficiency in Waterfall or Iterative/Incremental methodologies for requirements management.
• Skill in creating functional prototypes and wireframes with Axure RP Pro.
• Strong facilitation, meeting planning, and presentation skills.
• Experience working independently with stakeholders to define concepts and processes.
• Bachelor’s Degree.

Preferred Skills

• IIBA CBAP or CAPM Certification.
